The Town of Boiling Springs is located in Cleveland County N.C. about an hour west of Charlotte, east of Asheville, and north of Greenville-Spartanburg. Our town motto is the "Crossroads of Opportunity" because we represent the opportunity to work in one of our region's many globally competitive industries, live in a safe, friendly neighborhood, learn in our great public school system or at Gardner Webb University, and play in our local parks and YMCA. The Town is governed under the Council-Manager form of local government where the elected body appoints a professional manager. The Town Manager acts as the Chief Executive Officer over municipal operations. Our organization is divided into three major departments: Administration, Public Works, and Police.
