Shenyang Jinbei Bus Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a joint venture set up on Jul 22nd, 1991 by CBA and BJBA, with a registered capital of $444,160,000 and a total investment of $570,980,000. Company capital stock share: CBA, 51%; BJBA, 49%.
