Faguri is a food processing and packaging solution provider. We are based in the Baltics, and we have a strong focus on creating innovative/sustainable solutions that provide the best quality products for our customers.
Faguri production started in 2015 when our founder and CEO realized the opportunity in the market for a sustainable food and waste processing solution provider. Our founder, Juri Sjomin, has 18 years of experience in the industry starting from his internship in 2003 at a canned fish factory in Latvia. After working through various positions and participating directly in the production process, he saw first-hand what difficulties the company and personnel were facing in production time. This experience became the baseline for the creation of Faguri.

As a producer of food production equipment under our Faguri brand as well as a distributor of other brands to complement Faguri’s range. This integrated approach helps us to offer the best modern turnkey solution on the market.
As a producer of canned fish. Being a producer helps to test new products; to be not only in the role of the equipment manufacturer but also in the role of real users of this equipment.
Two main things distinguish us. Firstly, we are small which means our running costs are low. This means we have a quick turnaround with low overhead costs. We can readily offer necessary equipment for the production of canned goods – defrosters, packing lines, fillers, machines for washing and drying cans, smoking equipment, autoclaves, seamers, and much more on much shorter timelines. Secondly, we have first-hand experience in the production of food equipment. We are not just selling production equipment; we are also using it for our factories in Latvia.
