Les Clefs d’Or (pronounced lay clay door), literally, means “keys of gold” in French. The crossed gold keys are the international symbol of the organization. The keys displayed on a concierge’s uniform lapels assure travelers they are dealing with a seasoned professional, one who is dedicated to serving the guests’ every need.
The association of Les Clefs d’Or is dedicated to the maintenance and continual creation of an unrivaled level of excellence in customer service despite the world moving faster and our ever-changing guest demands.
With roots dating back to 1929, Les Clefs d’Or was officially founded in France in 1952 as a not-for-profit organization based on two pillars: Service and Friendship. Before earning the right to wear the golden keys, those who aspire to become a member must have several years of experience as a hotel concierge, pass comprehensive testing and prove, beyond doubt, their ability to deliver the highest quality of service.
Les Clefs d’Or Indonesa has 24 members that registered and certified as Full Members International.
Our mission is to ensure that every guest that stays at any of our Hotels, or any visitor to our beautiful Country is granted discretion, served with the utmost respect and that any question asked is answered, all requests are considered and then dealt with in a timely manner.
