The Learners Collective (TLC) is an online learning service, specifically designed to meet the modern needs of Gen-Z students. We offer a novel, evidence-based approach to online tuition which places underrepresented students at the heart of our pedagogical practice. Our mission is to prepare pupils of all backgrounds for the mission-driven world of tomorrow – by building grades and character today. We connect students with Scholars (what we call tutors): the most inspiring, academically gifted leaders from top-universities – all from underrepresented backgrounds, sharing a similar experience to the students they serve. The TLC Tutorial cultivates three core qualities: authenticity, agency, and oracy. Through a blend of academic and personal dialogues, Scholars offer high-quality academic support and personal-professional mentorship. In other words, we prepare students for exams – and beyond! Certified by the DfE as an approved Tuition Partner for the National Tutoring Programme.
