Davis Arts Center has been a leader in arts education in our community since our founding in 1960. We believe that all children in California should have access to an Arts education that develops essential life skills. Classes Davis Arts Center offers a diverse array of engaging camps and classes to nurture creativity and artistic expression in the community. Arts in Schools We provide visual arts curricula that align to California state standards and support children’s mental and emotional well-being. Our curricula for transitional kindergarten through 6th grade has already reached over 15,000 students at schools across the greater Sacramento area. Teacher Training We help provide professional development to teachers, supporting them to develop the core competencies and confidence to bring arts into the classroom in a variety of ways. Community Partnerships We work with diverse community partners to support hope and healing through artistic expression.
