Annapolis-based non-profit whose mission is to restore the oyster population, both ecologically and economically, across the Chesapeake Bay Watershed. The oyster is a Keystone Species for overall Bay health via its unique water filtering capability and natural habitat infrastructure, which supports both sub-aquatic vegetation and other Bay species -- including the famous Maryland Blue Crab.
