What started off as an idea to provide more relevant and unique human resources and talent management solutions has grown into a proven organization with a strong track record.
PerformancePoint is more than a name. It is an intentional, directional stake in the ground. It is meant to tell you who we are. Both “performance” and “point” have very specific meanings. Performance means the process of carrying out or accomplishing a task. Performance is all about success. Point means the tapered sharpened end of a tool and the punctuation for the end of a sentence meaning period. When you combine those two words and make them one we begin to describe who we are. We are the company that helps sharpen your tools to drive your success. Period.
