Art and social justice organization that encourages artists with life-threatening illnesses to continue their creative work by providing grants, exhibition opportunities and supplies. Visual Aid Gallery was founded in 2011. Exhibitions at City Hall, galleries, public and corporate venues draw 100,000 viewers each year and stimulate dialogue on art and healing.
