Our preferred method of market entry is a straightforward acquisition with reasonable earn-out clauses for the existing management or ownership. We would find the targets, lead the negotiations, coordinate the due diligence and facilitate the closing. Often times, we even assume interim roles in the new business unit to ensure a smooth integration.
