M2Talent Oy is a Finnish digital service company focused on recognizing and channeling people’s competences. The company got started when its founders thought about how the top talents could be found easier, faster and more accurately for companies in the modern day. The recruiting process is often a challenging, expensive and slow way of finding what is needed both for employers and jobseekers alike – and inevitably outdated. More than one in five young Europeans on the labour market cannot find a job. At the same time several companies are already experiencing notable talent shortage.
