MAXSAM allows for highly paralyzed testing of biological samples using a combination of in vitro models, robotics and LAMP-based nucleic amplification. This maintains the ultra-compact footprint, a low power requirement, and making the platform ideal for de-centralized mass screenings e.g. in a pandemic situation.
