CCNO is a local developer in New Orleans. CCNO has put over 200 housing units into service since 2007, including the following projects : Venture I: 28 scattered site duplexes located in the 7th Ward of New Orleans. Venture II: 28 scattered site duplexes located in the 7th and 9th Wards of New Orleans. Constance Lofts: Adaptive reuse of a historic warehouse utilizing State and Federal Historic Credits into 50 mixed income dwelling units, located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans. Tudor Square Home for the Aged, consisting of 51 home for the aged dwelling units in a new 4-story building CCNO has also started renovation of the historic former Tharpe-Sontheimer Building located at 4127 S. Claiborne Avenue in New Orleans into commercial office and tenant spaces.
