Administration of all capital Fund, Operating Fund and Service contracts for a 1,649 unit housing authority. Manage all Fair Housing and ADA & in house EEO compliance. Purchasing and Procurement Policy & Management Supervisor. General duties also include strategic planning, Property redevelopment projects and Participation in HUD funding programs including but not limited to Tax Credits, CDBG, HOME & HOPE VI.
