Wesfarmers Health was formed in March 2022, with the acquisition of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API) and our family of brands which includes Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy, Soul Pattinson, Pharmacist Advice and Clear Skincare. With locations in every state, our network consists of over 470 Priceline Pharmacy franchisees and company-owned stores, 90 independent Soul Pattinson and Pharmacist Advice Chemists, and 400+ Club Premium members.
