Under the guidance of Paul and his wife, Mary Grusecki, their sons James and Thomas have grown Northern Builders into one of the largest and most successful full-service development and construction companies in the Midwest. With clients ranging from emerging businesses to Fortune 50 corporations, Northern has participated in the design, development, and construction of over 65 million square feet of office, industrial, retail space, and restaurant.
