In order to help you understand what sets us apart from everyone else, let me tell you where we came from. Our Founder and Managing Broker Joshua Berngard started his career in real estate in 2004 as a residential lender. During His time lending for homes, one of his clients recruited him to assist in the property management of commercial strip malls and rental homes. This experience allowed Joshua to learn both sides of the business. After leaving the management side, he signed up to work with the largest commercial lending brokerage in the United States--Meridian Capital--where he once again focused on the lending side of real estate. Dealing with so many realtors he was recruited by another client to sell and rent real estate on the weekends and at night. Soon after, this became Joshua's passion and a year later, Buzzer Real Estate was born.
