Modern posture based yoga is a recent adaption of an ancient sensibility, where the body is used as an instrument for extension, grounding and release. Nomad Yoga offers authentic and accessible yoga instruction with the aspiration to empower and inspire the student to find the joy in making a yoga practice their own.
Our approach, inspired by the method B.K.S. Iyengar, incorporates traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation poses, sound and music as architectures for relaxation, release and embodiment.
