It is a wholly owned Ghanaian Company and was incorporated under the laws of Ghana in 2010. Media General operates some of the industry’s largest and diversified businesses spanning television, radio, digital media and productions. The largest company in Media General’s growing portfolio is TV3 Network Limited, a private free-to-air television broadcaster in Ghana with nationwide coverage. TV3 was acquired in 2011 and has consistently maintained its hallmark of being the best television station in news and entertainment. Other portfolio companies include, Adesa Productions Ltd, MG Digital Media Ltd and MG Radio Ltd. MG Radio Ltd currently operates four radio stations in Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi.
