The James Mae Group tackle a variety of different unique tasks. James Mae Projects - This section can be described as a Construction and Building services provider. The range of experience and expertise that the business has both nurtured, and been founded upon, stems from a considerable breadth of experience within a number of different sectors, including food industry, construction and mechanical and electrical. James Mae Industries - This is our machinery design and build division. Here we pool a wealth of knowledge and experience which allows us to manufacture a wide range of production machinery. We are manufacturers of special purpose machinery, The Compact© palletisers, automated packaging lines, robotics and conveyor systems, with all necessary integrated control systems. James Mae Refrigeration - Within our refrigeration division, have developed world-first refrigeration solutions. Along with these systems, we can also offer standard industrial and commercial refrigeration equipment. James Mae Spiral Technologies - Within our spiral technologies division, we have developed some ground-breaking innovations. Due to extensive knowledge of common factory issues, our group have designed and installed a number of spiral conveyor systems. Our unique edge drive system negates the need for conventional drum drive spirals, which all have inherent issues, including; James Mae Water - One of our latest developments is in the de-watering of alum-sludge. Our multi-stage process uses various technologies to reduce the amount of water held in the sludge. We have now produced a machine which removes 70% of the water, leaving a sand-type by product.
