With over 6,000 staff in 69 countries, our operations powerhouse is founded on three core teams which are committed to working in an integrated way.
Our local teams provide in-market expertise and connection to local consumers and clients. They account for just under three quarters of the operations community.
They are backed up by a network of expert Delivery Centres based in India, Europe, Latin America and the Philippines. Numbering just over a quarter of our team, they provide deep functional expertise on a range of researcher services.
Working alongside the local teams and the Delivery Centres is a small group of Technical and Commercial specialists. They manage a wide ranging set of responsibilities relating to global accounts, survey platforms, online tools, technical support, sampling and procurement.
