We think that art and design are intimately entwined, but design must always, as a bare minimum, achieve its purpose successfully. A seat that can't be used may be art, but it isn't design. We incorporate new trends without giving up our own character and tradition. Bussoga has its own style that comes from Mediterranean culture and artistic trends that have passed through Catalonia and Spain in the past few decades such as surrealism, modernism, la movida (a cultural movement that began in Madrid) and GATPAC (Architect and Technician Group for the Progress of Contemporary Culture) rationalism, among others.
