BioFuels Sector: • Development & Commercialization of algae based renewable fuels from a patented and highly advanced third generation platform technology "DIRECT-TO-ETHANOL". • Through a wholly owned subsidiary, Innova Fields, the company owns over 17,000 hectares of optimal real-estate suitable for the scaled development of "DIRECT-TO-ETHANOL in the State of Sonora, Mexico. (e.g., Access to industrial quantities of CO2, sunlight, salt-water and electricity). • Fully sustainable biofuels technology and process consumes large amounts of CO2, does not incur in the food chain and does not use potable water. Clean Energy Sector: • BioFields owns approximately 4,000 hectares of land dedicated to the development of integrated Wind and Solar Power projects.
