At United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, our vision for a bright future is captured in our slogan: LIVE UNITED. We believe every man, woman, and child deserves an opportunity for a good life. This means our children have a safe and healthy start in life; our students stay in school and graduate; we do all we can to strengthen individual and family well-being; and we provide a safety net of emergency assistance for our neighbors in need. Many large, complex issues stand in the way of a good life for many members of our community. No single agency or organization, public or private, can tackle these issues alone. At United Way, we work every day to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another.
