Founded in 1893 Dulwich Hamlet Football Club
With regular sell out attendances of. 3300, The Hamlet are one of the best supported club outside the Football League.
Four times Amateur Cup Winners between the wars, the club declined as it upheld its Amateur traditions.
The vast Champion Hill Stadium was replaced in 1992 with the more modest current stadium.
However there has been a resurgence of interest as the club has lived its ethics and values whilst embracing the priorities and concerns of its community through numerous initiatives. These include positive action in tackling issues such as Racism, Homophobia and Mental Health.
Competitive pricing, a wide range of concession price initiatives, free entry for Under13s and a teenager season ticket offer of ‘Pay Your Age’ have all helped, along with a positive inclusive atmosphere, good food and drink options and a family friendly safe environment.
