Yuncken is a respected and highly accomplished building company specialising in innovative and challenging residential projects from some of Australia's leading architects. We are best known for residential contract homes $2M+ but we have also completed a significant number of smaller projects that have been time critical or particularly technical in nature such as lift retrofit, commercial bathrooms, generally difficult and sensitive small jobs. We also have a full time maintenance division which provides a one stop shop for all ongoing building maintenance needs, be it maintaining building fabric, regular building systems maintenance or even pest control and pool maintenance if required.
