Since opening our first restaurant in 2004 in Centennial, Colorado, MAD Greens has believed that healthy, fast, and fresh food should be mainstream, approachable, and flavorful. Darden Coors, a loyal customer, and avid fan of MAD Greens discovered her MADness in 2013, when she stepped in as CEO after AC Restaurant Group, a Coors family company, acquired MAD Greens. Darden is passionate about MAD Greens commitment to high-quality ingredients, amazing culinary experiences, and positive company culture. With an eye for growth, MAD Greens tripled the number of locations under her leadership, and we are excited to continue expansion with new franchise opportunities, nontraditional growth, and company-owned units in 2023 and beyond.
We know that making healthy food that’s as fun as it is nutritious sounds crazy. Our madness is crafting fresh, everyday foods into something unforgettable. Flavor is our passion. Quality is our craze. So go ahead...Call us mad. We’re glad to hear it. We’ve created chef-inspired salads that will fill you up (without putting you in a food coma), warm grain bowls with craveable flavor combos, and satisfying wraps that are convenient for any on-the-go lifestyle.
At MAD Greens, our menu has so much wacky attitude and authentic passion, that suddenly healthy eating doesn’t feel like hard work. We're a place where healthy tastes delicious, you can be you, and where we don't take anything too seriously...except our food, our team, and guest satisfaction.
