Our Investors and managers share a common dream: becoming global ambassadors of quality and authentic Italian gelato across the world.
QUALITY is the brand’s driving value -- not simply represented by the outstanding flavor and texture of our gelato but also by the structure of our supply chain. Differently from industrial ice-cream, which relies on automatized production and artificial preservatives, artisanal gelato is freshly made in-house daily, only with carefully selected natural ingredients.
To carry on our expansion project and give new investors the opportunity to bring Gelato & Co in their own cities, we have developed a franchise business model: although it has its roots common to all states, we slightly adapt the business model to local culture and taste, empowering franchisees to locally promote their business.
