While very much generalists, we have a speciality in developing products, systems and experiences for the built environment, in particular for the Public Realm and Transportation sectors. These solutions are created to supply continuous user experiences: interfaces or the embodiment of digital systems; carefully researched cultural drivers; or the pure enjoyment of well considered functionality. In order to build these systems from the bottom up - from user-experience to operator to supplier - a Service Design approach may be adopted.
A longstanding collaboration with the manufacturing industry ensures the concepts are brought to fruition creating quality experiences. Stedingk Design can put together tender-ready information packages, with performance specifications, and help guide the selection of manufacturer. The practice typically works as part of consortia, subcontracting for large architectural, landscaping or infrastructure firms, but also directly with manufacturers and developers.
