Our first location in Fishers, though smaller, is meticulously designed with one custom full court, two NBA sized training courts, and a partnership with iFast for comprehensive strength, conditioning, speed, and agility training. But at H&H, it's more than just physical training. We offer a one-stop-shop for everything a young basketball player needs. This includes not only training and physical development but also mental wellbeing, nutrition, shot coaching, league play, crisis management, sports recovery, cryotherapy, and professional polishing for athletes transitioning to higher levels where public scrutiny becomes a part of life.
