Our technology is designed to precisely distinguish cancer and diseased cells from normal cells; thereby eliminating them without damaging normal tissues. The company was founded in 2017 in the FuturRx incubator (Israel). In 2019, ImmPACT Bio was incorporated in the US. In 2021 ImmPACT Bio merged with Kalthera. In 2022 we moved our Corporate offices to West Hills, CA and built a state-of-the-art clinical manufacturing facility.
