Mass Insight Education & Research is a national nonprofit at the forefront of education reform dedicated to transforming public schools into high-performing organizations and closing the achievement gap through bold district restructuring and rigorous academic programs. Our focus is on improving student achievement and increasing college success through our College Success program in Massachusetts and our School Turnaround work in school districts across the country: - More than 23,000 students in partner middle and high schools in Massachusetts have participated in our pre-AP and AP STEM and English program since 2008. Within the first two years, schools typically exhibit a two- to three-fold increase in the number of math, science and English AP exams taken, and typically double the number of qualifying scores. - Through our national School Turnaround consulting practice, we collaborate with school districts and states across the country to transform underperforming schools into high-performing organizations. In Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, where we have been working since 2012, the number of failing schools decreased from 18 to four.
