Since 1997, bold and inspiring flavors, people, and practices have made Boloco a popular and unique experience for thousands. In 2016 Boloco became one of only a handful of restaurants in the US to become a Certified B Corporation. As importantly, Boloco is uniquely a human experience, one that never claims to be perfect.
