The National Experienced Workforce Solutions (NEW Solutions)is a national non-profit organization dedicated to promoting experienced workers as a valuable and critical component of the nation’s workforce. Since its establishment in 1997 NEW Solutions has -- through thousands of workers ages 55+ -- provided over 23 million hours of dedicated, experienced labor to nine federal agencies.
NEW Solutions currently operates cost-effective, flexible and innovative experienced worker programs for the Environmental Protection Agency (https://see-ems.newsolutions.org/home), the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the US Department of Agriculture (https://ace-ems.newsolutions.org/home), U.S. Forest Services (https://forest-ems.newsolutions.org/home), Senior Community Service Employment Program, Bureau of Land Management (https://blm-ems.newsolutions.org/home), National Park Service (https://nps-ems.newsolutions.org/home), Economic Research Service (https://ers-ems.newsolutions.org/home), National Agricultural Statistics Service (https://nass-ems.newsolutions.org/home), Agricultural Research Service (https://ars-ems.newsolutions.org/home) and Fish and Wildlife Service (https://fws-ems.newsolutions.org/home). We work closely with those agencies to recruit, place and support work-ready, skilled and experienced older adults for positions, both full- and part-time, that support the critical missions of the agencies.
