BASET is a UK based charity which provides talented young people from Britain and Australia with a life changing opportunity to develop new skills, broaden their horizons and realise their potential. Since 2014, we have created a range of educational awards to support young people who want to pursue career opportunities and specialist training courses not available in their home countries. We run Heritage Awards to support conservation education, Career Skills Awards to fund internships for vocational careers and Pioneer Awards to give secondary school students a unique opportunity to live and study in Australia.
