Volunteering NQ is a leading Volunteer Referral Centre, connecting volunteers and providing training to not-for-profit organisations. Our services are available and expanding in Townsville, Ingham, Charters Towers and the Burdekin. Our volunteer team currently assist up to 100 expressions of interest a month with options for personalised online, phone and face-to-face consultations to help match people with the right volunteer opportunities. Training to equip organisations and volunteers is available throughout 2018 in the areas of Not-for-Profit Governance, Volunteer Management and Digital Marketing. Volunteering NQ is funded by Department of Social Services to provide volunteering activities, particularly to those who are at disadvantage or risk. Townsville City Council supports Volunteering NQ to provide training to build community capacity.
