The El Paso Teller County 911 Authority provides a total system approach to emergency communications, management, and training. Within this 2-county region, there are eight 911 call centers employing nearly 200 call taking and dispatching professionals. We have set the stage for training, quality improvement, planning, and technology in the emergency 911 communications field.
