Entirely independent of Christ’s Hospital, the Benevolent Society of Blues (BSB) is a registered charity set up by Old Blues to help Old Blues and their dependents in need.
The BSB is a registered charity that was founded in 1824 and provides benefits for those educated or employed at Christ’s Hospital, their parents, spouses, widows, widowers, children and dependents who are in need, hardship or distress.
In essence the BSB is all about ‘Blues Supporting Blues’ and is a great way to help answer The Charge that all Old Blues are given at their Leaving Service.
We want to ensure that all Old Blues are aware of our services and know who to contact in a time of need.
Membership of the BSB can cost as little as £15 a year and can make an enormous difference in providing valuable assistance to those who approach the BSB for help and support
