I provide a professional Counselling and Psychotherapy service for individuals wanting to work with specific life issues or deep rooted ones. I provide a warm and confidential space with the time to explore their feelings, attitude and behavior that is of concern to the person. I listen without judging, offer acceptance and empathy, helping the person to value and reconnect with him/herself.I use the counselling relationship to to help the client uncover unconscious relationship patterns that are impacting their current relationship and help them to find satisfactory ways of relating. I work across cultures in a non oppressive way with people irrespective of our differences. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
