Founded simultaneously in Santiago, Chile, and Mexico City in 2015, we now operate in eight countries across the Americas: Chile, Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Canada, and the US. After acquiring a majority stake in Cornershop in 2019, Uber purchased the remainder of the company this year. While we will continue to be independently operated, this cements our place as a member of the Uber family, and allows us to take full advantage of their resources for growth and development.
