St. Joseph’s Neighborhood Center, in the tradition of the Sisters of St. Joseph, seeks to identify and respond to the unique health and social needs of individuals and communities in the greater Rochester region. The health center provides primary and specialty care, mental health services, prescription assistance, health insurance access, and a host of other support services to individuals that are uninsured or underinsured. .
