Hospital Procedures Consultants teaches emergency and hospital based procedure courses nationally to physicians and midlevel providers. We offer a two day course several times per year at hotels across the United States. Using a evidence based, interactive didactic teaching and simulation based hands on training, we teach those procedures most commonly performed in the emergency department, hospital wards and intensive care unit. Our curriculum covers airway management, vascular access including central venous access, ultrasound guided access, arterial cannulation and intraosseous line placement, thoracentesis, paracentesis, tube thoracostomy, lumbar puncture and point of care diagnostic ultrasound. Our two instructors have over two decades of experience in procedural education and have a combined 10 years of experience teaching procedures at national courses. We offer18 hours of AAFP approved category 1 CME.
