The Colorado Springs Hispanic Business Council - The Hispanic Chamber promotes, serves, and advocates for Hispanic and multicultural businesses. In January 2016, a group of Hispanic entrepreneurs created "The Concilio", which is a noble grassroots effort to launch and grow small and Hispanic-owned businesses, as well as to serve as a resource in the Colorado Springs metro area.
