ÁRTER is a multidisciplinary practice consisting of architects, townplanners, landscape architects, interior designers and historians, located in the heart of Brussels. Since its beginning in 1990 this group of about 30 people under the leadership of Patrick Vonck, Johan Van Dessel and Marc Gemoets realised numerous key projects in the different areas of architecture and planning. The synergetic ÁRTER structure stimulates a combined response to the ever more complex evolution of urban renewal and allows cityscape to be re-evaluated according its past.
