The Broome County Council of Churches is a nonprofit organization located in Binghamton, New York. We are a network of 100+ congregations and our programs operate in an interfaith way. Our mission is “Connecting compassion with needs; inspiring growth with dignity.” Our main programs include CHOWⓇ, Faith in Action Volunteers, the Hospital Ministry, and the Jail Ministry. We also sponsor other community programs such as the Greater Good Grocery, BCCOAD, and Encounter. Our programs serve individuals and families facing a variety of challenges, such as food insecurity, limited mobility, hospitalization, incarceration, and more.
