Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) was formed in 2011 with the merger of two long-standing organizations: Spokane Mental Health (since 1970) and Family Service Spokane (since 1905).
Combined, FBH has more than 100 years of experience providing behavioral healthcare services in Spokane County. FBH is the lead service provider of Crisis Response Services in the region and provides 24-hour crisis intervention services and Involuntary Treatment Act evaluations.
