Science & Arts Academy is an independent, not-for-profit day school for gifted students in Junior Kindergarten through eighth grade. Located in Des Plaines, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago, SAA draws students from over 40 different Chicagoland communities. The unifying mission of Science & Arts Academy is to provide a stimulating environment in which intellectually or creatively gifted children can realize and celebrate their full academic and artistic potential.
