Penn Manor School District encourages creative approaches to meeting the needs of all students, both academically and socially. With a student population of about 5,550, Penn Manor School District is one of the largest in Lancaster County, spanning more than 100 square miles east of the Susquehanna River. Penn Manor encompasses Millersville Borough, and Conestoga, Martic, Manor, and Pequea Townships, with a community population of approximately 32,000.
The school district has seven elementary buildings, two middle schools, and one high school, located beside the campus of Millersville University. The corporate headquarters of both Armstrong World Industries and Turkey Hill Dairy are located within Penn Manor School District’s boundaries.
