GOTTSBERG Leak Detection GmbH & Co. KG is a family owned company and part of Gottsberg Group. It is specialized in design and construction of pipeline leak detection gauges (Pigs). The Gottsberg group is working in the field of safety technology, machine construction and all kinds of metal works since 1945. The founder of the Gottsberg Group Mr. Hans Gottsberg is the grandfather of the actual CEO and owner of the company Mr. Ulf Gottsberg. The latest generation of leak detection pigs is one of the technical leading products in that field. The goal was to combine absolute reliability with easy handling. Also our intelligent pigs are the only ones in the world with an ATEX (Ex) certification for Zone 0 which means that no regulations concerning explosive atmospheres and the use of the pig in or next to the pipeline must be fulfilled. They can run during absolute normal operation, so no interference or even shutdown of operation will be necessary.
