Formerly Wilson Estes Police Architects, we recently changed our name to more clearly communicate who we are and what we do. We believe our new name perfectly describes that we are a group of highly skilled individuals united for one purpose in our professional endeavors; to design police facilities!
And although our name is new, nothing else has changed. Our people are the same. Our firm is still the same. We will still bring to you unparalleled experience, the highest level of service, and an overriding philosophy of applying our knowledge to each project for the benefit of our clients. For their needs, issues, and concerns. We have always been, and will continue to be a full-service architectural firm exclusively dedicated to the planning and design of police/public safety facilities.
The firm originated in 1978 following completion of participation in a federal study that began in 1974. That study looked at the impact of facilities on the delivery of modern policing services, and the development of space standards for the facility type. The data obtained from that study formed the basis for providing quantifiable planning for the purpose of achieving justifiable results. We continue to add to that database, keeping our standards on the cutting edge while expanding our historical reference. In our history, we have been involved in nearly 300 police/public safety facility need studies and designs. We continue to create highly functional buildings that stand the test of time for this unique building type.
